The intensive lifestyle medicine program used an interprofessional lifestyle medicine team of two dual board-certified physical medicine and rehabilitation and sports medicine physicians with additional training in lifestyle medicine, a psychologist, a physical therapist, a registered dietician, a nurse practitioner certified in smoking cessation, acupuncturists, and a
medical massage therapist.
