Daniel W

Dr. Daniel Witkowski is a double board-certified physician specializing in obstetrics and gynecology as well as lifestyle medicine. He earned his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in 1989 and completed his residency at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. With over 30 years of experience, Dr. Witkowski has dedicated his career to women’s health, emphasizing preventive care and holistic well-being approaches. He is the founder of Direct Women’s Health, PC, a practice located in Stoneham, Massachusetts, that offers comprehensive women’s health services with a focus on lifestyle medicine.

Pamela W

Pamela Witkowski is a retired civil practice attorney and entrepreneur. She maintained a solo legal practice for over 13 years, specializing in personal injury, real estate, estate planning, and probate law. Beyond her legal career, Pamela has been an entrepreneur for over 35 years, running her own business from home since she was 17. Together with Dr. Witkowski, she co-founded Lifestyle Design MD, a program aimed at educating individuals, families, and medical practitioners on achieving optimal health and preventing chronic diseases through nutrition, fitness, stress management, and lifestyle design.

Megan Alexander is a resident doctor in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Baylor College of Medicine. Originally from Las Vegas, NV, she completed her undergraduate degree at Stanford University and her Masters in Community Health and Prevention Research at Stanford School of Medicine. She earned her medical doctorate from Boston University School of Medicine, where she was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Society and graduated cum laude. Her passion for lifestyle medicine began in high school. Upon understanding the extent to which common, debilitating conditions can be improved and prevented through lifestyle, she made lasting personal changes and gains immense fulfillment from sharing the power of these changes with others. Her mission is to support others in maintaining their greatest asset–their health. Over the years, this has taken the form of working to reform undergraduate medical education through the addition of peer-reviewed lifestyle medicine graduation competencies–a set of lifestyle medicine competencies that all doctors must demonstrate upon graduation, contributing to the Lifestyle Medicine: Improving Women’s Health Across the Lifespan textbook, and leading nutrition cooking workshops.
