By the time you finish listening, you’ll gain insight into Dr. Bingham’s path from personal practice to professional purpose, her reflections on the complexity of patient behavior change, and why lifestyle medicine is essential at every stage of a woman’s life—from preconception through menopause. You’ll also learn how her family legacy, including the influence of her father-in-law, Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn, shaped her commitment to food as medicine.
