Dr. William Wong works out of the Kaiser Permanente’s Redwood City Medical Center.

He became interested in the power of food to transform health at a young age, well before majoring in biochemistry at UC Berkeley and pursuing a career in medicine at UC San Francisco. He eventually specialized in psychiatry and more recently in integrative medicine, which spans his interest in behavior and nutritional medicine.

In his spare time he enjoys experimental plant-based cooking and taking on the challenge of transforming all manner of dishes into their healthy and delicious versions.
