Sheila Hautbois has practiced medicine as a licensed Certified PA since 2018, with a special focus on treating high blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, obesity, and other cardiovascular risk factors. She has decades of experience in disease prevention and reversal using the 6 pillars of lifestyle medicine. Sheila offers lifestyle medicine consults and lifestyle-focused shared medical appointments. She maintains extra certifications as both a Health Education Specialist and a Lifestyle Medicine Professional. She mentors other providers who wish to start practicing lifestyle medicine and group visits in their settings.

Sheila is also Adjunct Faculty at Shenandoah University’s PA program and serves as a preceptor for NP, PA, and medical students from several universities. She is the current chair of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM) PA Member Interest Group and also participates in the ACLM Cardiology Member Interest Group and the ACLM Fitness and Medicine Member Interest Group. She is active in her state PA chapter and the national AAPA, as well as being the PA spokesperson for Park RX America.
