Preventive Care Specialty from Loma Linda University. He is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. He is a certified health education specialist, and a board-certified holistic alternative psychology master, an experienced therapist, nutritionist, personal trainer, teacher and professor, public speaker, consultant and administrator. Dr. Joe has successfully opened over twenty-five integrative medical practices. He also contributes lifestyle interventions for health promotion, behavioral medicine, evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy, and psychoneuroimmunology. He has delivered fitness, nutrition and behavioral modification syndicated media and professional presentations nationwide and is highly respected in his field.
Dr. Joe is constantly learning and training on the latest discoveries and passionate about providing knowledge to fellow medical professionals and the general population, making practical and realistic recommendations founded on evidence-based applied principles and individualized attention. On his free time, Dr. Joe enjoys reading, riding his bike and spending time with his wife and daughter.
