Dr. Alka Gupta is Co-Founder & Chief Medical Officer at Bluerock Care, a comprehensive Primary Care group in Washington, DC. She is Chief Medical Officer of Penn Ave Health ACO, an Accountable Care Organization within CMMI’s ACO REACH Model. She is also a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at George Washington University.

Dr. Gupta is on the Board of Directors of ACLM. She believes that prevention and a healthy lifestyle should be at the forefront of health care, and she works to bring these principles into healthcare delivery.

From 2015 – 2020, Dr. Gupta was Assistant Professor of Medicine at New York Presbyterian – Weill Cornell Medicine in New York City. She was Co-Founder & Medical Director of the Integrative Health & Wellbeing Program.

In April 2020, she helped to launch the COVID-19 Recovery Unit at NYP – Weill Cornell, to care for some of the most debilitated hospitalized patients, which served as a model for the rest of the country as the pandemic spread beyond New York City.

Dr. Gupta also teaches medical students. She is a frequently invited lecturer, and recent speaking engagements have included seminars at medical institutions, community events, and various corporations.
