I release and hold harmless ACLM and its employees, representatives, partners, and affiliated organizations from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of or related to the use of the submitted materials, including claims related to privacy, publicity, or intellectual property.
I understand that this consent is perpetual, worldwide, and non-revocable, and that I will not receive compensation for the use of my submitted materials.
