Overview:

A systematic review and meta-analysis investigated randomized clinical trials (RCTs) of mindfulness-based interventions (MBIs) targeting lifestyle behaviors commonly associated with brain health in adults

Learning Objectives:

After studying the article, participants will be able to:

  2. Describe the types and characteristics of MBI studies investigated to contribute to brain health  
  3. State populations that may benefit from MBIs  
  4. Explain limitations with the current MBI literature on lifestyle behaviors associated with brain health
Format: This learning activity consists of one AJLM article and one quiz.
