Kristen Pascucci, PhD, has led a long-term career at a large financial institution where her work centers around leadership development, workplace and employee wellness, employee engagement, and promoting positive psychology practices within the workplace.
She serves on the American College of Lifestyle Medicine’s Happiness Science and Positive Health Committee and was appointed Chief of Staff for the Lifestyle Medicine in the Workplace Committee.
Pascucci was an International StrengthsFinder Scholar at the Gallup Organization, she earned her PhD and MS degrees in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Marshall Goldsmith School of Management, Alliant International University, and holds a Nutrition Science certification from Stanford University.
