The American College of Lifestyle Medicine has created a variety of scholarships and award opportunities for students and professionals who are interested in or have already contributed to the advancement of the field of lifestyle medicine through academic integration, education, certification, clinical innovation and leadership. Dr. Stephen Turner Residency Director and Faculty Scholarship
A full-ride lifestyle medicine certification scholarship for residency directors, associate directors, and faculty interested in adopting the Lifestyle Medicine Residency Curriculum.

The HEAL Scholarship Program serves to address health disparities through lifestyle medicine. This scholarship awards underrepresented in medicine (URM) clinicians with need-based scholarships to assist applicants.

Lifestyle Medicine National Training Initiative Scholarship
All-inclusive lifestyle medicine certification scholarship that supports training and certification for one primary care provider in lifestyle medicine within each Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and Community Health Center (CHC) across the United States.
Accepting applications on a rolling basis.
This award is in honor of Donald A. Pegg, a New York City business man who suffered a heart attack and a stroke in 1986 when he was 52. In response to this health set back, he went on a mission and searched for ways to prevent it from happening again.

A Taste of Lifestyle Medicine is a grant-funded program in which any student or faculty member interested in hosting a non-commercial lifestyle medicine educational event may apply for a grant to fund a plant-based meal or snack to be served at the event.
If you are a student or a resident, you can apply for the LM2024 Virtual Trainee Registration Scholarship OR for the LM2024 Trainee discounted rate. The LM2024 Virtual Trainee Registration Scholarship will waive the cost to register for the entire online conference.
The Trainee Research Grants supports original research activities relevant to lifestyle medicine among ACLM Trainees (ACLM members who are undergraduate students, graduate students, medical students, and medical residents). Applications are due in the fall, and awardees will be recognized at the annual conference.

Every Fall, ACLM hosts the premier continuing education event focused on lifestyle medicine – the therapeutic dose of proper nutrition, regular physical activity, social connection, restorative sleep, stress management, and avoidance of risky substances.
