Join us for the hybrid LM2024 conference from October 27th – 30th. Attendees will be able to choose to attend in-person OR virtually. If you are a student or a resident, please use this form to submit your enrollment or employment documents to apply for the LM2024 Virtual Trainee Registration Scholarship OR for the LM2024 Trainee discounted rate. The LM2024 Virtual Trainee Registration Scholarship will waive the cost to register for the entire online conference, pre & post-conference workshop can be attended in-person at an additional cost.
In-person attendance fee: Trainee Member: $549 | Trainee Non-member: $1,049
Virtual attendance fee: Trainee Member: $99 | Trainee Non-member: $749
To qualify for a virtual scholarship OR discount, all Students/Trainees must be an ACLM member AND verify their enrollment in an academic program (at least 1/2 time) or employment through a residency program. Virtual scholarships are limited, and will be awarded to qualified applicants until all scholarships have been distributed.

Upon review of your documentation, we will send a scholarship/discount code via email with which you can register for the conference, should you meet the necessary application requirements.
