Taste of Lifestyle Medicine Grant Application 

The Taste of Lifestyle Medicine Micro-Grant is a grant-funded program presented by the American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM). 

The purpose of TOLM is to introduce plant-based eating on U.S. medical, health professional, and health system campuses by providing reimbursement funding for plant-based foods at non-commercial lifestyle medicine-based events. Events must be pre-approved by completing an application 15 to 90 days prior to the scheduled event date. 

Updated Eligibility Criteria (Effective January 2025) 

U.S. Medical, Health Professional, or Health System Campuses

Up to four grants annually; Limit of one grant per individual event.

  • $50–$250 for all eligible events. 
  • Eligibility Note: LMIGs must have completed ACLM-led orientation and remain current on all documentation. (Refer to the LMIG Toolkit for details.) 
  • Plant-based foods ONLY. 
  • Non-reimbursable items include: 
  • Non-plant-based foods. 
  • Non-food items (e.g., paper goods, utensils, honorariums, room rentals). 
  • TOLM Grants can be used for plant-based catered foods, but tips, delivery fees, and taxes are not reimbursable. 

Must be submitted 15 to 90 days prior to the event date (within the same calendar year).

Approved applicants must submit itemized post-event receipts here within 10 days of the event for reimbursement processing. Submissions received after this 10-day window will not be eligible for reimbursement.
