Privacy Policy:

The American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM) honors the privacy of our members and online visitors. We only collect the information you choose to give us and which is legally required to be processed. That is, we only process the minimum amount of information necessary to fulfill the purpose of your interaction with us. We do not sell information to third parties. No matter your location or country of origin, we provide the same standard of privacy protection to all users globally.

Terms of Use:

ACLM produces copyrighted Public Resources with generous Terms of Use as well as Member-Only Materials that carry strenuously limited Terms of Use.

Our Public Resources are available at lifestylemedicine.org/tools.

Our Member-only materials are available at lifestylemedicine.org/signin

ACLM specifically creates open-access resources that include patient education flyers, select webinars, and even curriculum materials, in order that conscientious practitioners and emerging leaders like you may advance the practice of lifestyle medicine. It is our hope that physicians, nurse practitioners and APRNs, nutritionists, dietitians and other health professionals would benefit from our resources.

Full use and replication of our Public Resources are offered free of charge. Consent for use of Public Resources are good for one year from January 1, 2021. Public Resources may not be altered and must include ACLM logo, branding, copyright mark and website language.

Public Resources are intended to augment medical advice—not replace it. Any Public Resources downloaded from the ACLM website should be delivered in conjunction with medical supervision. There may be information on our downloadable Public Resources that contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to make corrections and update information without prior notice. That being said, you are responsible for updating any content that you provide or link to within these Terms of Use.

Proper attribution of public Resources includes: © American College of Lifestyle Medicine; 2021. https://www.lifestylemedicine.org/

ACLM members have exclusive and password-protected access to a variety of additional tools and resources. These Member-Only Materials reside behind our member-only portal (www.lifestylemedicine.org/ACLM/Members_Only) and require registered (sign-in) access. Member-Only Materials include Lifestyle Medicine assessment forms, PowerPoint presentations, reimbursement resources, and some pediatric tools. Active ACLM members may view, download, or print out single copies of these materials for personal use with patients, or for scholarly or educational use. You may not sell, republish, or systematically distribute any materials found on the members-only portal of our website. This means that you may not reproduce, distribute, publish, display (on your website or social media platforms), perform, modify, transmit, or in any way exploit any part of these Member-Only Materials, or create derivative works from them.

ACLM reserves the right to add, remove, modify, or discontinue Public Resources or Member-Only Materials. We may do so to all or part of these materials, either temporarily or permanently, and without advance notice at any time.

As a condition of your access and use of ACLM materials, you agree not to use our tools and resources for any purpose that is unlawful or inconsistent with the mission of advancing lifestyle medicine.
