  Membership:

$200 annual dues

A current clinical or medical license is required if practicing.

Please choose from the categories below

Physician Requires an MD or DO and a current license.

Professional Doctoral level.

Examples:

• Psychologists
• Chiropractors
• Naturopaths
• Pharmacists
• Dentists
  

Associate

Examples:

• RNs, Nurse Practitioners, all other non-doctoral nursing specialists
  
• Dieticians
• Licensed Therapists (non-doctoral) 

Fellow Requires three consecutive years of membership in ACLM,
as well as successfully meeting all other requirements.

Other Memberships:

Affiliate $100 annual membership
For members who are less than three years out of graduate school.
Requires a current clinical license if practicing.

Retired $45 annual membership
Requires the member to be retired from professional employment.

Training $30 annual membership
Requires the member to be a full time student in a
college level or higher healthcare training program.
