Base fee:
  • If you would like to take advantage of the student special, you must email a copy of your transcript, student ID, or proof of residency to our event manager, Grace at gstillar@lifestylemedicine.org. You will then receive a registration code to register.
  • If you would like to take advantage of the 2nd attendee discount, you must email our event manager, Grace at gstillar@lifestylemedicine.org and disclose the name of the full-priced attendee you are attending with. You will then receive a registration code to register.

    *The full-priced attendee must have already registered and paid for the conference.

The American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM) hosts its annual conference, November 1-4, 2015, at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel in Tennessee.

The conference will feature prominent keynote speakers, networking with industry leaders, an annual membership meeting with a state of the industry report and world renowned regional and international presenters.

Upwards of 750+ physicians, health care professionals, ancillary health care providers, prominent leaders in lifestyle medicine, supporting organizations, press, politicians, leadership volunteers from throughout the US and other parts of the world and the general public interested in making a difference in their health and the health of others are expected to attend this event.
